REFUND & DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold by Soft but Brave are digital products.

Upon successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to purchased digital content through download links, email delivery, course access, or another digital delivery method.

  1. No Returns of Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, returns are generally not accepted once access to the content has been provided.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has started.

  1. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing your purchased product, please contact us at hello@softbutbrave.com

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues and ensure access to the purchased content.

  1. Defective Products

If a digital product is materially defective or inaccessible due to an issue on our side, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • provide a corrected version,
  • restore access to the product,
  • offer a replacement product, or
  • provide a refund where legally required.
